PRE-ORDER

You may have noticed that all of our intimates are listed as a pre-order item. We have done this because we have chosen to go against the norm of fast fashion in favour of something a little slower paced. Slow fashion may be something that you’re familiar with already, or it may be something that you are working towards implementing in to your life.

Our efforts to minimise waste by applying our slow fashion practices to our business allow us to be more sustainable while helping our beloved customers make more informed decisions about their purchases.  

We lovingly handmake every order in our Hobart studio to ensure the highest quality of the production of our intimates. This enables us to reduce excess stock and minimise wastage by only cutting and sewing orders as we receive them. Order dispatch times are stated on each product page. This may sometimes be a little faster or slower depending on how quickly we’re moving through our current production schedule. 

At Amity + Alchemy we believe in producing well-made garments that will last you for many years to come, because they have been thoughtfully sewn for you with care. We hope that you love your new intimates as much as we do, and that its worth a small wait to receive something we are so proud to make.

When placing an order with Amity + Alchemy you will be providing us with personal details and information. Please be aware that those details and information will be kept secure. This information is only used personalise your shopping experience with us and under no circumstances will we sell or pass on any personal details. 

GENERAL

We reserve the right at all times to make changes to these terms and conditions. Any variations to these terms and conditions will take effect from posting on this website. The terms and conditions which apply at the time of order are those that govern your relationship with us in respect to that order.
