AUSTRALIA

Orders shipped within Australia are delivered via Australia Post's Express Post service.

All of our Amity + Alchemy pieces are handmade to order, with a production timeframe of 2-3 weeks before being shipped.  PLEASE NOTE production times may vary in sale periods.   

For orders over $200, we offer FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY when delivered within Australia.

All other orders will incur a flat rate fee of $10 for postage.

Once your order has been shipped in your biodegradable comPOST satchel you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.     

All Australian orders will take 1-2 business days to arrive from date of dispatch (remote areas may take an extra 2-5 business days).   

INTERNATIONAL

Costs for International Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for their country’s taxes, import charges and duties. In some cases, delivery can be delayed due to matters outside of our control. If your delivery is delayed, please email hello@amityandalchemy.com

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

Amity + Alchemy is not responsible for the theft or damage of any order once it has been delivered. 

Amity + Alchemy is not responsible for parcels that go missing in the post, and will not replace items that go missing as this is the responsibility of Australia Post.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided at checkout Amity + Alchemy is not responsible for locating the parcel. We will not replace items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at checkout.

Orders STRICTLY cannot be refunded due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the postal service which are then returned to our studio.

Any parcels that are delivered back to our studio due to being uncollected or an incorrect postal address being supplied on the customers behalf, will result in the customer having a choice of the parcel being redelivered (at the cost of another postage fee). To be eligible to have your parcel redelivered you must respond to our email within 7 days. If you do not respond within 7 business days we deem the right to cancel the order without refund.
