BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH AMITY + ALCHEMY YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
We want you to love your Amity + Alchemy lingerie, so we are happy to provide exchanges on full priced purchases returned within 14 days of delivery.
Underwear (we refer to as knickers) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
For all other items, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for the following:
Clothes that have been worn, washed, marked or damaged in any way.
Clothes without their original tags attached.
Clothes that are deemed to be not in their original condition.
Clothes without a return authorisation (RA) number.
Clothes that were sold under sale or discount of any description, including last chance/season items.
All returns or exchanges are accepted only within 14 days of receiving your Amity + Alchemy product. You must notify Amity + Alchemy via firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your return and request a return authorisation (RA) number. Make sure you include your order number and reason for return in the email.
We process all returns within five days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions.
If you simply need a different size, your order is eligible for exchange only if the items meet the above criteria. If we believe this is not satisfactory, we have the right to refuse exchange of the item, which will be returned to you at your own expense.
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, Amity + Alchemy reserve the right to present the customer with a store credit or the choice of another product of equal or lesser value.
Please note as all items are pre-ordered, your exchange will be made as soon as possible but may incur a small delay to fit into our in-house production. Pre-orders can be placed, and an expected date of delivery will be noted on the product description. Please note this date is only an estimate and due to production, some deliveries may drop earlier or later.
If you believe your item/s may be faulty, please do not wear it, simply contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to rectify any issues as soon as possible.
Store credits can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
The cost of shipping your return to us is at the customers expense and is non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
We do NOT offer refunds under any circumstances.
